Dani's room

All of the rooms are the same size, one of which has an ensuite. If you check out the Lindgren Manor by Broadstreet properties it is a 3 bed 2 bath and the layout is on there - ur room would be bedroom #1. Its a brand new building (built in 2019), we have already established the utilities and will be able to give you an exact price as soon as we receive our bills! We can also further discuss room choice as well, but bedroom #3 is off limits…Its located in Glenmore right across from shoppers and save-on! Awesome location - only takes like 15 mins to get anywhere in town. We are still working out a few details about parking and that will be decided based on if you have a car etc.

• as for deposit, I’d have to talk to the landlord…this is all super new to us! but I’m pretty sure we all payed about $330

• Both female, both 19 and both students (OC & UBCO). We really understand the importance of respecting each other’s space as well as the common areas! We are great communicators, so If there is an issue we are open to discussing and resolving! we just want a roommate who is equally as relaxed and respectful as us!
• we are very mindful of the pandemic and are not interested in living with anyone who is anti-mask. This is a personal preference, thank you for understanding.
