• 2nd bedroom $700 month to month which has shared bathroom

• The house is newer, clean and spacious. The kitchen, patio (bbq) and living room are shared

• Short term

• Couples are okay

• No drugs or excessive drinking

• Looking for clean, quiet respectful tenants

• Walking distance to the grocery store, langley center bus loop, restaurants, schools etc.
