I recently signed a lease for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at the Clareview Courts building (right next to Clareview LRT!!) Rent is $750 flat and will include all utilities, cable and Internet (also option to have a PVR in your room). There is also in suite laundry! There is no Parking spot included, however you should be able to rent a heated, underground spot from someone else in the building for $50-100 a month.

The apartment is right next to Superstore, a load of other shops, restaurants, and close to major highways. It is about a 1 minute walk to Clareview LRT station. There is also a fitness room in the building. The apartment is on the main floor and has a patio, it’s very spacious, has an open concept kitchen and breakfast bar. As much as I love them, pets are unfortunately not allowed.

I will be bringing my furniture up from Calgary and have most living room furniture already, ninja blender, Keurig machine, juicer, and a lot of kitchen items (my mum throws a lot of pampered chef parties so I have lots of cool gadgets). If you need it, I have an extra double sized mattress and bed frame in Calgary that I can bring up, however I will need to know in advance as I will need to bring it when I move all my furniture up. I could also probably get you a dresser and a few other items (my parents are majorly downsizing now ¾ of their children are out of the house).

About me, I’m 25 and from England originally (get me drunk for my full on accent). I’m employed professionally full - time, I typically work 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday, I usually try to work from home one day a week. I also have a part time job I work some evenings and during the day on Saturday. I usually try to spend my Sunday’s relaxing, meal prepping and enjoying my day off! Although I work a ton, I do still love to go out and have a good time. Not usually every weekend, a couple times a month. I also enjoy having people over (although I only have like 2 friends in Edmonton). I also enjoy smoking up in the evening (hopefully you do too, or don’t mind if I do). I will also be down in Calgary for a few days every month. I love traveling, going to concerts and music festivals (Shamb ) and general good times.

In a roommate I’m looking for someone similar to me who has their stuff together, someone who is responsible but also likes to enjoy life. I would like either a working professional like myself, or a student that is financially responsible. I don’t care if you’re male or female. If you have a significant other I don’t really care if they come over/stay over so long as they’re not there every single night and basically living there. I’d love to find someone who I can enjoy living with, and I’d rather have a friend than a roommate who that I barely interact with. It’d be pretty cool if you liked TV shows such as Community, Parks & Rec, Brooklynn 99, New Girl, and Grey’s too!
