Hello, my roommate and I are looking for a 3rd roommate to take over a lease or sublet starting on January 1st till August 31st, 2021. The property is a 3 bedroom apartment in a 4 unit building. There is shared laundry between all the tenants in the building. In our apartment, there are 3 bedrooms, so we are looking for someone to fill one of the bedrooms, it is unfurnished so you can set up the room however you would like! Within the apartment, there is a very spacious living room which we already have set up with couches and a tv, a very spacious kitchen with an island in the middle and a stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, plus there is so much storage space in the kitchen and counter space as well! There are 1.5 baths that are shared between all 3 roommates! There is street parking available but no more space available in the driveway, but the apartment is within walking distance to a superstore which is right across the street and also an NSLC, and lots more businesses that are on Dutch Village. The apartment is located just on the outside of Halifax in Fairview. The monthly rent would be $532 per person per month and that includes all utilities but wifi but we have wifi set up that comes to be $30 each a month. Also, our landlord is FANTASTIC and is very reliable so we would really like to find someone to fill this room!!

My roommate and I are both 20 years old, female and students. We both live in Ontario but are in Halifax going to school at Saint Mary’s University so we do go back to Ontario periodically during the year to see our families. We are both very outgoing people and are looking to meet new people in the area. We both are very responsible and mature people as we are living on our own without our parents. We are looking for a female roommate preferably since we are both females as well. We are also looking for someone who is clean and tidy and knows how to clean up after themselves as we both are clean and tidy as well. Also with the Pandemic going on, we would someone who follows the rules and restrictions for covid for our own safety.
