Rebecca's room

Hello! We have the master bedroom in our 4 bed house available ASAP. The room has a queen size bed, dresser, closet and a south facing balcony. The bathroom has double sinks, jacuzzi bath, and a separate shower. We’re in a safe and quiet neighbourhood just on the edge of Kits It’s 10 mins walk to the supermarket, 20 mins to both kits and Jericho beach, and it’s just on 10th, so 1 block up from Broadway. Lots of lovely coffee shops, local food grocers, eateries and bars about, and we’re on the 99 bud route (also the 14/7 stops are 5 mins away) The house has a front and back yard, with ample space in the summer for BBQ’s, sunbathing and hanging out. We have a large garage at the back of the property, perfect for storing skis, bikes etc and with lots of room to work-out! On-street parking is available just outside and my car has been safe there for the past 2 years. We have a laundry area in the basement, a big kitchen and 2 sitting room areas for relaxing and hanging out!

You’ll be living with a couple from England, a French dude, and 2 lovely Spanish girls. We’re all in our late 20s/early 30s and we’re happy to chill out together when we feel, but we’re all working so we’re petty quiet through the week! We like cooking, eating cheese, having some wine - watching movies together now and again, and we like to get along with our roomies!
