Starting January 1st 2021 650Incl with extras we have a furnished basement room for rent. The room is furnished with a double bed desk full size fridge book shelf 3 drawer dresser and small table. Also included is laundry access, Roommate has access to a half bathroom on the main floor and access to the upstairs full bathroom to shower. Access to the upstairs kitchen for cooking and other common areas of the house. All utilities are included. Parking is included and the house has a monitored video surveillance system for the doors and parking. We are smokers and are 420 friendly smoking is allowed indoors. We have 2 cats and are looking for a roommate who does not have any pets. Our cats are temperamental so we would prefer not to add any more pets to the home.

Living here is myself and my adult son who is 20 years old I’m a single mom he’s a gamer we are both disabled and stay home. We are clean and quiet people. We’re seeking a roommate who is also clean and quiet. We keep to ourselves and like things peaceful. If your interested in see the house and room we have just let me know. The room is $650 per month starting January 1st 2021 inclusive with a deposit of last months rent at the signing of the roommate agreement. 30 days notice is required for moving.
