The room has a great window view and is a very decent size (8.3ft x11.25ft). Big enough for. a Double to queen bed, a bedside table and 1 dresser( or two smalls ones) It has a large 2 sliding door closet and is right beside the washroom. The property is in a very nice and safe neighborhood mostly rented and owned by young families.
About the roomies
The roommates are both males (21 & 22). Very kind clean people. Can be social but keep to themselves and have a huge passion for music and culinary.
