Rue Saint-Urbain

Room in the plateau! The room is available from now until July 1st 2021. We live in a spacious townhouse. There are 2 bathrooms, laundry on site, basement and backyard. We have 2 cats and a dog (just incase of allergies) The rent is all inclusive: hydro, internet, cable.

There are 3 of us, all in our late 20’s to early 30s. We are pretty laid back but mindful and respectful to common areas and person belongings.
