My roommate skipped town out of our 2 bedroom/1 bathroom and I urgently need someone to move in for Feb 1. (Or earlier)

The apartment is $1400/mo. My roommate and I had an agreement of her paying $800, I pay $600. Looking for someone to fill her shoes.

Nice Area. (Quiet), Coin Operated Washer/Dryer On-site, Walking distance from SMU (15 min). 29 Bus stop on the street. (>10 min walk.) Pet friendly complex. Smoking is not allowed inside the complex. Seeking those who are tidy.

I don’t make a lot of noise, Rent is always on time, I am comfortable if you drink/keep alcohol, I am comfortable if you use/keep cannibis. I cook most nights. I’m here for a long term stay. I don’t mind pets. (Once you clean up after them.) I practice good COVID safety. I have a partner who comes over to hang out. If they sleep over, it’s one night maximum. ( I am comfortable if you do the same.)
