the Credit Woodlands

Hey! I’ve got a room available at the condo we are renting out. It is a decently big 2 story condo located on the ground floor so moving is a breeze. There is a small backyard and balcony. Shared kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms with toilets on each floor as well as a laundry room with 2nd shower. There is a pool in the basement which is unfortunately closed due to covid. Utilities are included. There is visitor parking outside or you could rent a spot underground. They usually go for about $100 a month.

There are 3 young guys in their 20s living here including myself. We are all working full time. We mostly keep to ourselves, but we like to have occasional meetings so we can keep things in order.
