Jason's room

I currently have a furnished bedroom available in my two bedroom condo downtown Ottawa by Bank/Laurier. Minutes from public transit, grocery stores, University of Ottawa, Parliament Hill, Rideau Canal, and nearby government offices, the apartment includes air conditioning, dishwasher, storage locker, ensuite laundry, security, as well as gym and pool access. The move-in date is flexible as the room is currently available.

Please note that some furnishing has been upgraded since these photos were taken. I can provide new photos shortly.

A one-year term is preferred and the room is $850 monthly, all inclusive (internet/hydro/heat). LGBTQ+ / BIPOC friendly.

Unfortunately, the unit is not accessible as there are a few steps leading to the unit and dogs are not allowed due to condo rules.

I’ll be occupying the other room. I’m a 26 year-old QTBIPOC professional currently working from home. I’m generally quiet and clean - not a neat freak - but I try my best to clean up at least once every 1-2 weeks. I’m also an early bird - and frequently, or at least try to, wake up at 6AM most days. In my spare time, I’m normally baking, watching movies, or spending time with friends.
