You can use one bedroom and there is a second bedroom that can be rented or used as an office, however you like. You have your own full bathroom with soaker tub and a parking spot in the garage. The house has a large patio and beautiful kitchen, main floor laundry. Roommate is primarily staying elsewhere so you have the house to yourself most of the time. Looking for a clean, responsible professional, non smoker and doesn’t party at home at least.
