West 11th Avenue

We’re three girls hoping to find a fourth roommate to move into our new place in Kits on Feb 1st. It’s a 4 bedroom 1 bath, main floor of a house located on West 11th and MacDonald. Prime location right next to Broadway with access to all the groceries, stores, bars restaurants and public transit you need. A quick 10 minute or less drive downtown and just a few blocks from the beach, this is where we needed to be for the upcoming summer and we hope you want to be too!

The house has in suite laundry, a big backyard, street parking, internet and utilities included in the rent and the biggest bonus is it’s PET FRIENDLY! So we are more than happy to live with you and your kitty or doggo! All the rooms are decently sized and everyone basically has their own little corner of the house.

We want to make our new home very welcoming, comfortable, cozy and cool so we’re looking for someone with similar interests. We will be furnishing the whole apartment from scratch so we welcome any furnishings you want to bring along and your bedroom will come unfurnished. There is also plenty of storage space available!

We’re LGBTQ+, 420 and super wine friendly. In non pandemic times we love having friends over and going out, but we respect each other’s need for quiet and alone time too. We want to keep things neat and tidy so we can be proud of our space and try to share general courtesy and good communication all around.

Here’s a bit about us and we would love to hear a bit about you too. L does wardrobe and costumes in the film industry, P studies premed from home and J cuddles and cares for dogs all day long at a doggy daycare. Just in case you couldn’t tell how pet friendly we are already, P has the cutest little pomeranian so we hope you love animals as much as we do.
