I’ve loved having a home gym since January, but unlike my last roommate, my bike etc. don’t help me pay rent. I also love living in a main floor apartment of a century home, with a big kitchen, lots of shared living space, laundry in the basement, and a back garden to spend summer mornings and evenings in. I’m a college prof and have even taught some of my classes while sitting out there - yup, the wifi’s that good! Oh, and I love my sweet black kitty, Scouty.

What do you love? How about a tidy, quiet, calm space to call home, in a fantastic neighbourhood with TTC, groceries, shops, restaurants & pubs minutes away; with High Park a 10 minute walk away and the lake another 20 minutes away though the park - does all of this sound good to you?

ISO Female non-smoking/non-vaping, tidy roommate to share my two-bedroom apartment on the main floor of a century house in High Park North/The Junction.

Available April 1st OR April 15

• Rent: $910 inclusive (hydro/water/internet included)

• Room is unfurnished (fits queen bed, dresser, desk, bookshelf with space to spare)

• Shared part of apartment is fully furnished (no room for extra furniture)

• Street parking only

• No additional pets

I’m a part-time college professor who is also a paddling coach, loves spending time on the water, enjoys reading, writing, cooking and in non-COVID times, will sometimes host dinners with friends or movie/game nights. The other “roommate” is my little cat, Scouty who is 7lbs of purry fun and is a very good judge of character when it comes to choosing a new roommate.
