My roommate is moving out due to personal reasons. He’s leaving September 15th, but okay to have someone October 1st or September 1st as well. Not on a lease anymore, I’m on a month to month contract

You will have access to the entire apartment (kitchen, living room, bathroom, closet, balcony [laundry which is shared downstairs with other tenants ]) along with your bedroom (pictures above) of his room.

This is a very spacious unit at Yonge and Eglinton and comes fully furnished, except for your bedroom, which will be empty. Please NOTE: the Bathroom is quite small And there is only one which it will be shared between both of us.

The rent includes everything

Underground parking is available for $160/month or you can get a street permit for much cheaper, as there are many residential streets nearby.

There’s only me living here and I’m very clean and easy to get along with.

I’m a rising actor in Toronto, I live to play Vidéo Games and I love to hang out with my friends. I am social and very friendly I’m extremely clean as well
