Studio appartment in Edmonton in the oliver area downtown. close to shops and transport links. im leaving my tennacy early and looking for somebody to take over my lease which runs till septemeber, im sure you could negotiate a long stay if needed. water included and heating, but electric is not. i have internet set up and you could take over my contract if you like or bring your own. place will be emptied and cleaned before you move in. move in could be sooner if wanted.
