Buckthorn Crescent

We are looking for one roommate to fill the fourth room in our four bedroom house. The spacious private room will include a shared bathroom that is shared with two other roommates. The main floor of the house consists of furnished common areas shared among the roommates, and a basement with a laundry room (washer and dryer) and the fourth bedroom that is occupied by a roommate. Parking is available but currently have two cars already here so vehicle shuffling may be required which is no big deal.

The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood in then northeast end of Guelph, so unfortunately is somewhat of a distance from the University, but is accessible by bus with stops just a short minutes walk away from the house. (roughly 7 min drive, 20 min bus ride to university) Short distance to amenities such as groceries (food basics, fresh co, zehrs) and food options
