Room in a former B&B , in heart of Shaughnessy, bst area of Vancouver, old fashioned but clean and location is fabulous very convenient to bus to UBC /downtown/ BCIT etc direct –and supermarket coffee shops etc etc.Looking for a person with good sense of responsibility who studies all the time non smoker non partyer non drinker no 420 no nothing really .very quiet

might suit international student, but we offer very limited cooking facilities. However its ULTRA safe - parents please be aware- safe area close to everything safe people maid service changes your room and bedding once every 2 weeks always someone around resident housekeeper no couples please
