About the roomies
A little bit about me:
I am a mature, 25 year old, female film and business major in my sixth year of Uni. I have been financially independent since the age of 16, and have been living on my own since the age of 17. I am a busy bee, as I attend school full time and am on set as much as possible.
I enjoy being alone and value my personal space. I am also EXTREMELY CLEAN. I cannot stress this enough. I consider myself a social/political/environmental activist and am being responsible and considerate in regards to COVID.
In my spare time, I perform stand-up, write scripts, act, film and produce content, paint, exercise, and explore nature.
I’m low maintenance, easy going, and don’t take life too seriously, but I’m very driven by my goals.
What I’m looking for in a roommate:
Preferably female, but I am not opposed to living with a guy if it feels like the right fit. I’m LGBTQ+ friendly (most of my friends are queer and/or trans). I’m Looking for someone mature, financially and emotionally independent, and has a sense of humour. I would like to live with someone in their late 20’s- 30’s, as I feel we would have similar schedules and a similar sense of motivation and drive.
I believe living with someone is a team effort. I need a roommate who actively participates in taking care of the place with me (cleans, takes out the garbage, etc.).
All I ask, is for you to be clean, considerate, respectful of space, easy going, and have a good sense of communication.
