Comes with fridge, oven (brand new stove top), dishwasher (replaced 2018), washer and dryer (drain motor replaced 2019). The bedrooms, living room, and laundry room have been freshly painted. All rugs will be cleaned once we have moved out.
The unit comes with one parking spot but there is additional parking available along the street. The unit is pet friendly (1 pet only). A gym is located in the basement of the building and is only accessible by tenants.
Located in northeast Edmonton with easy access to the Henday. A bus stop is located next to the building with a direct route to Claireview station.
