Nice bright room with to big windows ! The room is located at the back of the appartment so you don’t get the noise coming from the street. Something I really enjoyed! You are 5 minutes of walk away from Berri-Uquam station, grocery and pharmacy.

Note that you will be taking over a lease that ends on July 1, 2021. I can split in half the rent payment for February if you want to move in somewhere around the 15th, I already have my new place. :)

You will be sharing the space with three amazing ladies ! They are friendly open-minded young professionals and students in their 20’s.
