Card operated laundry.

On the top floor of a 3-storey building, no elevator (get those calves working). No designated parking spot or free street parking (although there is that free ‘8am-6pm’ 2hr parking across the street, if you wanted to take your chances).No Car, No Problems! No smoking/pets.

Bedroom for rent is the middle room in the above floor plan, and is slightly bigger than those specs say. It also has a full closet, not a halfer.

My name is Brendan, I’m 30 years old, from Victoria, and I work as a mental health worker. I lead a pretty quiet life, enjoy watching/playing soccer, doing a bit of disc golfing and spike ball, and having a couple cheeky pints on a Friday night. Also can be found hunkering down and getting into a good video game, book, or tv series/movie as well (just finished listening to the Game of Thrones audiobooks for the 3rd time. A worthwhile slog to get through!)

I try and be a respectful roommate, prefer getting everything out in the open, and having a tidy space. I’m a bit of a minimalist when it comes to decorating, so there’s lots of room to make the place your own.
