Hi there! I’m looking for a roommate for my newly renovated 2 bedroom basement apartment!

The place is ideal because it has laundry on-site, as well as a dishwasher. It’s in the heart of Leslieville, close to public transportation, parks, and amenities! Additionally, it has a nice backyard that can be utilized when the weather improves.

The spare bedroom is the one that’s available, (it’s currently being used as my exercise room). It’s unfurnished, but I have a dresser that you can use if one is required.

I’m looking for a female roommate that’s also friendly and respectful. Cleanliness is important, but I’m realistic. Basically, if you were to leave the occasional dish in the sink, I wouldn’t fault you for it. The general cleaning responsibilities would be split between the two of us.

These are intense times due to the pandemic, so I would only be comfortable with having a roommate that takes preventative measures against contracting COVID-19!

The rent would be $750, with utilities and internet included.
