Cole's room

Hey I’ve got a 5 bedroom house in Spruce Grove. Large shared kitchen, 2 large living rooms and a dinning room. 2 large shared bathrooms, one upstairs and one down. Big fenced in yard, and parking on street. All bills included take your pick of the 2 upstairs rooms or the bedroom downstairs.

Im away for work often and the other roommate has a room in the basement, he is very quiet. Both in our 20’s and easy going.
