I have a two bedroom apartment downtown in Saskatoon and am looking for a roommate. The suite is furnished other than the second bedroom.

It’s a spacious apartment one block from the river, with a large bedroom, bathroom, and balcony with a great view of the University Bridge. Amenities include a gym, hot tub, and rooftop pool.

The rent is $775+$28 for internet. Parking is an additional cost.

I’m looking for a roommate who is either a student or a working professional. I graduated from the U of S in 2018 and have a Bachelor of Commerce degree. I currently work from home for a tech company. I’m looking for a roommate who’s open to socializing.
