The apartment is located on the second floor, on the back side of the building, facing the creek. Also located near by are the #1 and #11 bus routs. The room itself is just under 8x10 and is currently unfurnished. The rest of the apartment has been almost fully furnished. With a few blank walls that you are welcome to add your own touch to. The bathroom will be shared. There is also shared laundry on each floor. Rent includes utilities and internet.

My dog and I moved to Kelowna last October, looking to make a new start. But with the increase in covid i wanted to wait for things to slow down before jumping all the way in. Currently i work full time from home. I am a bit of a home body, who does go out now and then that said i am respectful of the common areas. I am a simple man, and like to keep my life the same way. My dog Symba, is a small mixed breed, half Chihuahua, so he can be a bit much at first but will grow to love you.
