The house is a two story detached house on the west end of town near the No Frills Store. I actually have 2 rooms in the basement with an ensuite bathroom and a kitchen to share with each other. One person or couple is welcome to rent both rooms. Room is furnished with a single bed, dresser, desk, shelves, and a nice size closet. Bringing in your own furniture is optional. The main floor has a business and private area for the owner. The owner resides in the upper level of the house with a private kitchen and business on the main floor. Some outside space is available and parking in the driveway is available for a small car. Street parking is also available. This is a non smoking, cannabis free, building. property.
Hello, I am a mature female adult living and working in the house. I have 2 small dogs who are very lovable once they get to know you but they are not allowed in the basement level of the house.
