Bloor Street East

Hi! I am subleasing the master bedroom of a 1 bed+den and 1 bath condo unit located on Bloor and yonge. The price for my room is 1175 which includes all utilities except for wifi - it includes hydro, water, electricity, AC and heating. It is a two min walk from subway station and walkable distance to so many grocery stores and restaurants. The unit comes with a full bathroom - has a separate tub and shower! The unit also comes with a fully functioning kitchen, ensuite laundry, fully furnished common area. The master bedroom I am subleasing comes with a bed frame, study table, night stand, a lamp, and a huge mirrored closet. You will have to bring your own mattress. Only thing is there are no windows in my room because the room is separated from the den by glass doors and those doors are covered to provide privacy for the person occupying den and the person occupying the room. It has not been much of a hassle for me personally because I bought a really bright tube light and it comes with a remote control, also I am usually at work during most of the day. FYI, if you are interested in renting the whole unit you can do so end of April, the whole unit price is 2150 also including utilities as mentioned above.

There is a girl living in the den. She is nice, quiet and keeps to herself. She is studying from home and after April she will start working from home as well.
