Marlborough Court

Its a nice apartment! Located close to Sheridan college, Walmart, and the GO! It’s a four bedroom apartment. We turned the living room into a bed room as well with a door, wall and everything, but the room available is room that came with the apartment. This room also has its own mini balcony for you plant lovers out there. We are smoke friendly, pet friendly though we have pets of our own (cats and dogs) so we recommend a meet and greet for the pets if you’d like to bring one in. Currently in the apartment is one male and two fem bodied people. We keep to our selves but are welcoming and friendly! Cleaning is something we all do together! And we try to keep the place clean as we do have pets. Hydro and internet is included.

Right now there are three of us, We have three bed rooms and turned a portion of our living room into a bed room, including a fully functioning wall and a door! The room we are advertising would be the living room (pictures to come) This room comes with the balcony to yourself (or share with your roommates but it’s all yours), it is 700. However we may have another room ( which has a mini balcony/ shown in photos) available by 2022 as well, as one of our current roommates may be taking on a job. This room is 700 as well. Your rent would include hydro and internet but a parking spot is extra and would be paid by only you. I believe the parking is around $70, no tax obviously. Both rooms are/ may be available as of January first 2022!!

We have house rules but they come when you move in. Nothing serious just things to keep balance and the place cleaned. We do allow drinking and smoking, but none of us really do except for the occasional weed. Some of us do play music in the apartment, sometimes when cooking or cleaning or even just in their room on a speaker, but nothing too over barring.

We are all in our 20’s, I’m 26 to be specific, and work with Service Canada from home! In the house roams two dogs (lab and Aussie) and two cats. All are very friendly so if you did move in, you’d always have company!
