Available now. Short-term or Long-term. Available - appliances (stove, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster), kitchen utensils, three piece washroom. Basic furniture is included - table, chairs, mattress.

Basic cooking utensils are included. Shared utilities - internet & hydro (~30-40$). Water is included.
