Sam's room

its a three bedroom house, with the rooms and bathroom all on the second floor. The room is private and unfurnished with a spacious closet. Bathroom, living room and kitchen are all shared. laundry is free and on the main floor. Access to a pretty big backyard. TTC bus stop is across the street. 10 min walk to grocery store and lcbo. No smoking

i will be the only other person at the apartment. im in my early 30s and work as a cook, although not so much lately. im laidback and usually keep to myself but im also easy going. im not a clean freak but do try to keep the place as clean as possible.
