House: -Brand new built 2/3 years ago -Basement suite-kitchen, shared bath with other roommate, laundry and your own room with a closet, private entrance -Looking for someone who is clean and easy going. -no smoking or drugs allowed

-No pets -5 min walk from Renfrew Skytrain station and 2-3 min walk from 99 B-Line. 10 mins away from downtown Vancouver and 1-2 min walk from bus 16 -Walmart, Superstore, Tim Hortons, Mexican food, Fried chicken place, Asian restaurant all within a 5 min walk

-House sits on a hill over looking the city -Bedroom in pic has a closet in it

I’m a chill easy going funny person, I’m a Taurus if you care about that. Work 9-5, love to cook, love cultural music, professional male working. Hit the gym a lot, try new restaurants and lounges, used to snowboard, horseback riding, read a lot, hit the beach, hiking, camping, fishing, shopping, Love to drink alcohol, meet new people, love Mexican music, road trips. Im a bit of a nudist so would be cool to find someone who is not ashamed of being around naked around each other but in addition to that I love a clean and organized space.

I generally like when people clean up after themselves and can keep the place clean, no drama, people who are chill but responsible and have their head on their shoulders and are mature and are similar to me.
