We have an unfurnished room and living space available on lower level of quiet house. Non smoking please. It is not a basement room. It has large windows level with outside deck. You’ll have your own living space, bedroom large enough for queen size bed and separate washroom. Kitchen is shared on main floor. We are in 3 bus routes , walking 20 minutes to grocers and other shops and restaurants. I like to cook ,so if you’d like meals prepared, we can discuss options. All utilities and wifi included. Rent is $900 monthly. First and last required . Credit check and references required. Beside myself, there will be another tenant. I am the caretaker of house and gardens which is owned by my sister. I have a small dog and hes the only animal allowed on premises.

I’m 65 and still working. I’m very quiet. I don’t smoke cigarettes or drink alcohol. I haven’t rented upstairs room to other tenant as of yet. Because of covid we put the rental on hold. We will be renting the room as soon as the right person comes along
