A self contained space on street level. Fully furnished room in a townhouse includes a private washroom, gated garden at the back, with a private entrance all on one level.

Shared washer and dryer.

Room is equipped with a queen size bed, linens, desk, lunch table and chairs, small fridge, microwave, induction stove, kettle, pots and pans with cutleries.

Walking distance to large grocery stores and many restaurants with takeout food too. As stated above, you will have appliances in your room for simple cooking.

Local Convenience: -10 to 20 min walking distance to downtown. -Save-On-Foods -Fairways -London Drugs -Market on Yates -The Bay downtown -Restaurants nearby.

Bus Transit nearby - 1 min depending on how groggy you are for buses to # 24, 25, and a block or two to #6, 11, 14,15, 27 & 28- Easy Access to downtown, Uvic, Camosun, Royal Jubilee Hospital.

Parking are free from 6 pm to 8am if you can find a spot.

Getting to know who wants to live with us is important and when you text me, Please tell me more about yourself, where you are from, who you are, how long your stay will be and when your move in date is expected.
