Chris's room

I have a fully furnished 3 bedrooms townhouse with a large room with a walk-in in closet for rent, there are 3 bathrooms lots of space. House is on 4 floors including basement/garage, you would have access to entier house and all is included (tv,internet,hydro,food with in reason). There is a private parking if needed unit located by the water front so very peaceful and tranquil good place to unwind after long day, your are next public transportation and major hwy are about 8 min away by car.

The unit will be shared with me and my son (9yrs old) from time to time, I am clean and organized person that believe respect is of the utmost importance so for these points it is a must for me. Beyond that I am pretty easy going I love to meet knew people and learn new culture. I travel a lot I am a gym enthusiast I like to keep in shape I speak French, English and trying to learn Spanish!! :)
