Are you looking for a room at this moment? im trying to leave my lease early and am looking for someone to fill my space it is 615 a month for the room access to the kitchen all utilities included and parking. The house is very clean and with summer coming the house has been very quite there is also a tv in the common room furnished just as the kitchen has pots and pans available to use as well. there is also a laundry room in the basement (no charge to use the machines) The Landlord is really kind i just have an opportunity i don’t want to pass up that has just opened up.

Roommates are kind,understanding and over all really awesome. We have created a calendar system for trash weekends that get stickers for the trash from the landlord. Both roomates are in college and i want to make sure that the next person isn’t going to cause issues with them when i leave because they are extraordinary people.
