1 bedroom in a 5 bedroom house, near uptown core / Trafalgar and Dundas. Utilities included in cost, the only extra would be wifi, but split 5 ways it’s only about $15. Laundry is included, separate from basement tenant. Shared bathroom among 3 others, powder room on main floor as well.
