This beautiful and very spacious well-lit room located in the heart of the plateau is available for rent starting from June 1st. The apartment is located on Rivard, just steps from Mont-Royal Metro.

We are advertising our biggest room, which is about 180 sq ft.

Appliances are not included in the original lease, but we are providing a fridge, cooking stove/oven, microwave, washer and dryer.

We will provide a video visit upon request

Ce magnifique appartement au plateau Mont-Royal est disponible a partir du premier Juin. Situé sur Rivard, il est à deux pas du métro Mont-Royal. Nous offrons la chambre la plus grande, qui mesure environ 180 pieds carrés.

Les électroménagers ne sont originalement pas inclus sur le bail, mais nous fournissons un réfrigérateur, un four-cuisinière, un micro-ondes, et une laveuse/sécheuse.

Nous fournirons une vidéo de l’appartement sur demande.

Hello, my roommate Thierry and I (Rodrigo) are welcoming a third roommate to our apartment. We’re both clean, organized, and friendly. I’m a McGill Physics Grad student, and Thierry is just finishing up his Engineering degree. We’re both laid back and enjoy going on fishing trips and hikes.
