The building is the Colonial, one block away from Mayfair mall, a very short walk from multiple parks, Uptown and the galloping goose trail. 2 parking spots are available and included in the price, transit is also very accessible. This condo is very quiet on the rear side of the building, on the top floor. All bills are included in the listed price except for internet, which we could either share the cost of, or you could have your own account if you want to. There is laundry in the building, however not in the condo itself. It is rarely busy in the laundry area.
