Rue Saint-Dominique

We’re a house of 3 students looking to rent our spare room starting July 1st (lease transfer). The apartment is located on St. Dominique, with easy access to many nearby grocery stores, bars, restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The unit comes with 2 bathrooms, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, central AC, and a patio. All bedroom furniture besides the bed are available for purchase.

All students of McGill’s art faculty, our household is a very cheery and creative space! Pre-pandemic, we would occasionally host wine & cheese nights and ‘Bachelor Mondays’, which we have recently replaced with wine/painting nights among the 3 of us! We love doing things together as a household, but also respect each others space and stay fairly quiet.
