Private basement room and den in condo townhouse available. Ensuite laundry (laundry room has a toilet). Shared kitchen, shower, living room and back yard (with a grill!). You’ll be sharing with one female.

Room is semi-furnished with a chest of draws and nightstand. Den can hold a couch, TV and work from home station.

No parking available but bus route in front of the building, train and highway near by. Close to the Fairview Mall, and a bunch of restaurants and stores in walking distance.
