About the room
Looking to rent out one room in my 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo.
Penthouse corner unit on Fort York (North-East), floor to ceiling windows with great views of the CN Tower and Fort York Garrison as well as the waterfront to the south (from the balcony). Very bright during the day and potlights throughout.
Everything is furnished aside from the bedroom. Parking is available to rent for around $130/month (I could split the cost).
Around $45 for internet and $80 for utils, split between us.
In unit laundry.
Gym, pools, BBQ and hottub available when the amenities re-open.
About the roomies
I’m a 29 year-old male healthcare professional generally working Mon-Fri. I’m quiet, clean and respectful but also love to have a good time and some bevies (when we are permitted to again). I enjoy working out, basketball, video games, patios, new foods and am big on music and concerts.
Love dogs, they are more than welcome. And I’m okay with a cat too.
