Eric's room

2 sun-filled rooms on the 2nd floor of a shared house with 3 other roommates (2 male, 1 female, all working, mid to late twenties). We all have a good amount of space to ourselves, but also like to have some drinks together and hangout sometimes.

These rooms are a perfect work from home setup. I have 1 as my bedroom and 1 as my office. Both rooms have double sized closets. Both rooms are comfortable sizes for Toronto. I have a king sized bed in the larger room. Pictures of the rooms are from an older real estate listing, but I can give current photos of the rooms upon request.

The second floor bathroom is shared with one other roommate(female). Large open space living room and kitchen on the main floor. Front porch on our quiet street of mostly families is great for a relaxing coffee, drink, meal or book. We also have a back deck with a natural gas BBQ (no buying propane!) and space for a small garden.

Great neighbourhood. Sobeys is just a few minutes walk away, and plenty more grocery stores are nearby.

House has heat, AC and laundry. Utilities and internet are extra. We have an amazing internet plan so rest assured you will be fine if you need to work from home.

Available for August 1st move in. Month to month lease.
