I’m a woman in my early 30s and am offering one furnished bedroom with a comfortable double-bed (+dresser and closet), and one unfurnished bedroom, in a spacious apartment at St. George and Bloor. Both rooms are available on January 1 and the price is inclusive of all household expenses (hydro, A/C, and internet). For either rooms, I am seeking roommates in their early- to mid-30s who have a stable income, are considerate, and clean.

If you’re a light sleeper, this is the place for you! The apartment is a corner unit and faces North, South and West. Because of this, noise from the street or neighbors is simply not an issue. The hallways are hardwood, the living room is carpeted and the bathroom tiles and bathtub glazing are new. There are 24/7 token-operated laundry machines at $2.25/load.

• Centrally located steps away from St. George subway station, which gives you access to North-South and East-West subway lines.
• Convenience store next door, banks, pharmacies, grocery stores, liquor stores, coffee shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance.
