I am looking to find two more occupants to join our lovely home for January 1st, 2018. We are looking for working professionals or graduate students. Folks who have busy, full lives but want a quiet, warm home to come back to. The house is located in the Cook/Finlayson area, nestled between both mayfair and hillside malls. It is centrally located and close to both Uvic and Camosun. This gorgeous 3000 sqft house features a solarium, two built in BBQ’s, working fireplaces, a deck as well as large garage. There is also parking and storage available. There are two rooms for rent (can be fully/partially or un furnished) for $900 each, all-inclusive.

No pets, unfortunately :( No smoking Lease/References required Deposit is 1/2 of rent
