The bathroom is shared with only 1 male roommate that’s on the same floor. The kitchen is shared with the basement tenant which has his own bathroom. The basement has laundry. This bedroom is unfurnished and rent includes heat, hydro, a/c and water. Internet is usually shared amongst the three people living in the apt. The house is air conditioned and has a great back yard for hanging out or having a bbq. Looking for one (only) responsible and quiet student. The couple living in the basement has been there for over 3 years. They are 20 something student, quiet and keep to themselves. The other male roommate is also in his 20s.
