A beautiful, spacious and sun filled room in a freshly renovated apartment in the heart of the Plateau Mont-Royal. Located right off of Avenue Mont Royal, this apartment is a 15 minute walk to metro Mont Royal and close to several bus lines (97, 45, 11). A ten minute walk away from Parc Lafontaine, there are several grocery stores, cafes, bakeries, butcher shops, pharmacies and anything else you may need in walking distance. Close to several Bixi Stations as well. The apartment also has a lovely backyard, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. We are looking for a quiet, clean and respectful roommate to take my room, I currently live with 2 guys, one is a student and one works full time, who are both very quiet but aren’t afraid to let loose on the weekends!
