I’m looking for someone to fill the second bedroom in my downtown newly-renovated, top floor, 2 bed, 1 bath apartment. :)

About the apartment:

• The property is centrally located, with everything you need close by; campus is only a 15-20 minute walk away, there are 2 grocery stores within a 1 km radius, and the Byward Market is just down the street.
• Parking is available at an extra cost.
• Huge kitchen and living area, lots of sunlight.
• Everything is newly renovated; stainless steel appliances and dishwasher.
• In-building laundry (smart card operated).
• Everything but Hydro and Wifi is included (we’d be splitting these fees - only about $50-60/month).

About the room:

• TWO closets.
• Lots of light.
• Spacious room; big enough for a queen sized-bed.

Hi! My name is Ema. I’m 21 years old and currently finishing up my studies in the Communications program at uOttawa. I keep my space really clean and organized (s/o to my Eastern Euro parents), and would like my roommate to be the same way. I’m super friendly and am always down for an adventure/some exploring! :) Netflix, reading, self-care, and staying active have been musts for me during this pandemic.
