I am a 30 y/o civil engineer living by myself in this recently purchased home. I grew up in this neighbourhood having lived nearby for 20+ years and have lots of family and friends in the area. Looking to rent out the basement to share costs.

I am work from home currently, but will likely go return to the office 2-3 days a week in the summer. I’m a pretty quiet guy, very clean, respectful and easy going. I rarely host parties, but do have friends over occasionally.
