Hioooo, We have a cozy room on the first floor of our two floor duplex. There is a comfy living room, one full bath upstairs and a half downstairs, a lovely backyard and a back step. Rent is $610 which includes internet, laundry and all amenities in the house. Hydro is $40ish every two months depending on the season.
The house is older and has some quirks. We welcome art, plants, and/or any character that you can contribute to what we have going. We are close to the 22,27,28,10 buses and there is on street parking if you drive. Move in date is flexible… Anytime between now and July 1 at the latest! We are looking for someone who is going to rent long term. Under six month stays, need not apply. Also beacause of covid, we are only taking folks who are currently on Vancouver Island. If this sounds like somewhere you would fit in, we would love to hear from you. We love animals, however, our landlord does not.
